01What is a fixed-scope package?+
A fixed-scope package is designed around a clearly defined need, set of deliverables, timeline and price. It is a good fit when your requirements match the published scope and you want to begin without a lengthy proposal process.
02Can the package scope be customized?+
Small selectable variations may be available on some packages. If you need different deliverables, additional work or a broader engagement, start a custom project instead and we will build the scope around your requirements.
03What happens after I purchase a package?+
We confirm your order, collect the information and files needed to begin, then provide the next steps for onboarding and project delivery.
04Are package prices one-time or recurring?+
Unless a package explicitly states otherwise, the displayed price is a one-time project fee for the listed scope.
05Can I purchase a package if I am outside Pakistan?+
Yes. Keyreative works with clients internationally, and package projects can be delivered remotely.
06What if I am not sure which package I need?+
Contact us before purchasing. We can review what you are trying to achieve and point you toward the appropriate package or recommend a custom engagement.
07Are revisions included?+
Revision allowances depend on the package and are defined in its scope. Work outside the agreed deliverables or revision allowance can be quoted separately.
08Are third-party costs included?+
No, unless specifically stated. Hosting, advertising spend, premium plugins, stock assets, printing, software subscriptions and other external costs are separate.
09Can I add additional services later?+
Yes. A package can become the starting point for a larger engagement if additional work becomes useful after the initial scope is completed.
10How are payments handled?+
Package checkout is completed securely through the payment option shown on the package page. Custom projects follow Keyreative's project enquiry and invoicing workflow.
